As a Cognyter you will:

·        Deploy our systems at customer sites, conduct end-user training, and perform the Acceptance Tests for our unique GSM, UMTS, and LTE solutions

·        Oversee projects from initiation to completion of the Acceptance Tests

·        Prepare and update of project documentation

·        On-site and remote technical support (Tier 2) for our systems for both software and hardware

·        Constant communication and collaboration with in-house teams are necessary to ensure a successful customer experience

·        Follow departmental processes and ensure KPIs are met

·        Ability to take project requirements and ensure that are met before the deployment phase

*Must be able to commute to Melbourne, Florida - hybrid position*


Requirements

For that mission you’ll need:

·        Background in intelligence technologies and methodologies

·        CSS (Cell Site Simulators) experience

·        Good relationship and knowledge of government security (police, defense/military, intelligence services) customer base. Law enforcement background at the local, state, or federal is a plus!

·        Telco or Wireless Communications experience with GSM, UMTS, and LTE

·        Prior experience using Electrical or RF Lab equipment

·        Minimum education level: Telecommunication, Computer Studies or Equivalent

·        Experience in technical pre-sale, customer support, and conducting technical training

·        Good understanding of Windows OS, Advanced IT Skills

·        US Citizen is Required
