About the Role
Our Technical Writing team creates the documentation and experiences that help marketers, publishers, and developers connect with their audiences, achieve better results, and grow through data-driven insights. The team is responsible for producing high-quality content across interactive experiences, help centers, system-generated communications, and API documentation.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Writer who has experience in crafting clear, concise and user-focused UI and API technical documentation that drives product adoption and enhances the user experience. In this role, you’ll contribute to nearly every stage of the product development process - writing and editing content that empowers users to reach their goals. You’ll collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales teams to deliver engaging, well-structured documentation and learning materials.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality API and UI documentation for both internal and external audiences.

  • Update and maintain help center documentation, in-app messaging (UI text, tooltips, notifications), and review learning management system materials, while also supporting newsletter content.

  • Update and create content with a consistent style, with a strong focus on single-sourcing opportunities.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience writing API and UI documentation, with particular emphasis on API content.

  • Ability to quickly understand complex technologies and explain them in a clear, accessible way.

  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a growth mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
     

Nice to Have

  • Experience documenting enterprise-level workflows.

  • Familiarity with B2B or advertising software.

  • Proficiency with help authoring tools and content management systems.

The compensation for this position ranges from $56,250.00 - $117,500.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
