Job Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our growing recruiting team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across a variety of technical and professional disciplines in support of our federal contracting and construction business lines. You will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure we are consistently bringing qualified people to the table.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sourcing strategies for open requisitions across multiple disciplines including engineering, construction, project management, and IT

· Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, clearance-specific job boards, resume databases, and Boolean search techniques to identify qualified candidates

· Conduct initial outreach to passive and active candidates to generate interest and gather availability and compensation expectations

· Qualify candidates at a high level and hand off warm leads to the recruiting team for further screening

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

· Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities

· Research talent pools, compensation benchmarks, and market availability for hard-to-fill roles

· Support pipeline building for anticipated and recurring hiring needs

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing or federal contracting environment

· Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards (Indeed, ClearanceJobs, ZipRecruiter, etc.)

· Strong Boolean search skills and ability to identify passive talent

· Excellent written communication skills — outreach messaging matters

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

· Familiarity with an ATS platform – preferably Workable and/or Paylocity

· Experience sourcing cleared candidates or within the government contracting space a plus
