YOUR MISSION

  • Part of the global 24/7 IT System Operations support group which is mainly responsible for delivering L2/ L3 support required on processing and resolution of tickets and tasks
  • Administration of MS Server 2012 R2
  • Administration of global corporate network devices mainly firewall, switches, SSL portals and access points
  • Responsible for the daily checklist of the Microsoft and Network security teams
  • Responsible for the administration and maintenance of active directory security groups and objects
  • Administration of Verizon's VOIP service
  • Support and administration of Corporate MDM Solution (Intune) and FIM
  • Provide and maintain credible IT security systems (Web-filtering and Endpoint)

YOUR TALENT

- Basic knowledge and understanding on routing and firewalling. Expertise on this topic is a major advantage.
-    Experience on Palo Alto and Juniper Netscreen/JUNOS desired.
-    Knowledge in administering Windows Servers including Active Directory and Linux Systems
-    Willingness to work on shifting schedules
-    Knowledge on proper ticket handling and good priority setting
-    Must be resourceful, flexible and possesses excellent communication skills.
-    Capable of collaborating with multi-cultural environment. 
-    Well-driven, motivated, team oriented, can easily adapt to a very complex environment.
-    At least 4 years working experience.
