Location: 100% Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Admin with strong Marketing Cloud experience to support day-to-day administration, campaign execution, and platform optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Marketing Cloud operations and supporting marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder)
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data extensions
  • Support email campaign setup, execution, testing, and deployment
  • Assist with journey configuration and automation workflows
  • Perform data imports, segmentation, deduplication, and data hygiene
  • Troubleshoot Marketing Cloud issues and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • Strong understanding of Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data queries and segmentation
  • Experience with campaign testing, QA, and change management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
