We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support projects across the Customer Service, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Logistics functions under our PMO tower. This role offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations and is ideal for someone eager to build a career in project management within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
The Junior Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives that drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience across the supply chain.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Support cross-functional projects within Customer Service, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Logistics teams under the guidance of the PMO.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up on open tasks.
  • Maintain project documentation, including charters, status updates, and KPI reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Assist in process mapping, root cause analysis, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the PMO in standardizing project management practices across the supply chain organization.

What you will bring

  • Foundational understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with supply chain functions such as planning, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or supply chain operations (internship experience acceptable).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Certification or coursework in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting or working within PMO environments.
  • Exposure to ERP, WMS. eWM and other related supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) is beneficial.
