At Stellartech, we are building a global EdTech product used by millions worldwide. We are looking for a proactive and curious Junior Product Marketing Manager who is excited to learn fast, experiment, and gain hands-on experience from day one. If you love diving into numbers to understand what drives user behavior and want to see the real-world impact of your work, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Run product experiments to optimize user experience and drive product growth.
  • Dive into user behavior data to uncover insights and help find ways to improve key metrics.
  • Support the product team in prioritizing, brainstorming, and testing growth ideas.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Learn how data-driven product decisions are made and gradually take ownership of your own product areas.

What You Need to Join Us

  • Experience: 1+ years of commercial experience in marketing, product analytics, or project management.
  • Analytical Mindset: A basic understanding of product/marketing analytics and comfort working with numbers.
  • Mindset: High curiosity, a strong proactive drive, and a readiness to experiment and learn from mistakes (we value data over assumptions!).
  • Soft Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a team.
