We’re currently looking for a Junior–Middle Product Designer to join our Growth Squad — a high-impact team focused on experimentation, funnels, and performance. If you're ready to grow fast in a collaborative environment where your ideas make a difference, this one’s for you!
🧠 About You- You have 1+ year of relevant experience in UI/UX or product design.
- You’re confident using Figma for layouts, components, and prototyping.
- You understand mobile-first and web-responsive design principles.
- You’ve worked with design systems, UI kits, and style guides.
- You have a solid foundation in UX principles and user behavior.
- You care about clean UI and know how to maintain design consistency.
- Your English level is B1 or higher — you're comfortable collaborating in Slack and working with English interfaces.
- Design execution: Create mobile-first UI mockups in Figma based on briefs, product hypotheses, and growth initiatives.
- Experimentation: Analyze existing flows, generate ideas for improvement, and test them in close collaboration with product and marketing teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure smooth implementation, and sync with PMs and marketers to align design with growth goals.
- Design QA: Support the implementation phase and verify that your work is released as intended.
- System thinking: Follow Promova’s design system to ensure consistency across all screens and components.
