The primary responsibilities of a Jr Data Analyst at MJH are to deliver insightful metrics and verify reports, to support our business. In this role you will collaborate closely with other analysts, data engineers, data product managers, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented collaborator with strong communication skills, Excel skills and SQL skills.
 

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insightful metrics and reports.

• Respond to support tickets, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Consult and collaborate with colleagues to investigate and resolve tickets.

• Document technical work and processes.

• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
 

Desired Skills and Experience
• Experience with SQL preferred.

• Experience with Python preferred.
• Experience with Excel.
• Experience working with databases and datasets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great team player.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and independent decision-making skills.
• Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills.
• Continuous learning mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
