PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Try to break this into a few buckets so the job seeker can get both a quick and detailed sense of what they’ll own and focus on)

  • Copywriting:
    • Write concise, persuasive copy for sales decks, one-pagers, email blasts, and social-media captions
    • Adapt core messaging for different audiences and formats
    • Proofread and ensure consistency in tone and style
  • Graphic Design:
    • Design and format PowerPoint presentations and Google Slides decks
    • Create visually appealing one-pagers, infographics, and digital banners
    • Source or build basic imagery (icons, charts) to support your layouts
  • Collateral Development:
    • Build and maintain a library of up-to-date sales materials in Google Drive and SharePoint
    • Assemble assets for campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and partner pitches
  • Collaboration & Iteration:
    • Work closely with senior marketers and product specialists to understand product features and value propositions
    • Incorporate feedback and rapidly iterate on drafts
    • Coordinate with freelancers or vendors when needed (e.g., stock imagery, print vendor specs)
  • Additional projects as may be assigned by the Company. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (recent graduate welcome!)
  • Experience:
    • Internship or coursework demonstrating copywriting and/or graphic-design skills
    • Portfolio samples—school projects, freelance work, personal passion pieces—showing both writing and design chops
  • Technical Skills:
    • Microsoft PowerPoint: slide creation, master layouts, basic animations
    • Google Workspace: Docs, Slides, Sheets for collaboration and version control
    • Basic Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) or Canva for simple design tasks
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy
    • Excellent communication and ability to ask clarifying questions
    • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
