Position Summary:

The Agency is looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for creative storytelling and strategic brand marketing. As a Copywriter at The Agency, you’ll play a key role in communicating with a variety of audiences, including industry professionals, developers, investors, brand partners and other stakeholders. You’ll work with a dynamic team of innovative marketing and PR professionals who will help you hone your craft. Success in this position means creating polished, persuasive content (on deadline) that drives meaningful engagement with our luxury lifestyle brand across multiple channels. Your writing will bring our services, properties and locations to life, building authentic and memorable connections with our  global audience. This role is an essential part of our PR and Marketing initiatives, supporting our mission to deliver an exceptional real estate client experience.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Craft original, informative and compelling copy for property listings, agent biographies, website content, email campaigns, email newsletters, and social media posts to attract buyers, sellers, investors and new agents.
  • Create engaging articles for The Agency Journal, the company’s online magazine that showcases The Agency as a luxury lifestyle brand.
  • Work closely with the PR team to strategically strengthen The Agency as a thought leader in the real estate industry through every piece of marketing content.
  • Collaborate with agents, marketing teams, and designers to create persuasive marketing materials, including (but not limited to) listing descriptions, listing presentations, property branding, agent branding, agent bios, etc.
  • Write scripts for video marketing and promotional content for social media.
  • Work in WordPress to build and optimize content for The Agency Journal for SEO to improve search rankings, traffic and newsletter subscribers.
  • Proofread and edit marketing and editorial content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with the brokerage’s brand voice, in adherence to AP Style when required.
  • Research market trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to refine content.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with industry regulations, fair housing laws, and brokerage brand standards and policies.
  • Supports the Manager of Digital and Global Partner Content and the Director of Corporate Content Strategy.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Two to three years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or content marketing—preferably in real estate, a related industry or working with luxury brands.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and artful storytelling.
  • Ability to craft persuasive, engaging marketing copy and content for a luxury audience across print and digital platforms.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including newsletter and social media platforms for distributing and promoting content.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, WordPress publishing, Google Suite, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with agents and marketing teams.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of real estate terminology and market trends is a plus.

Compensation: Annual Salary - $58-60,000 USD

Location: Remote position
