A quick snapshot
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Content Writer/Copywriter to join our Marketing team. This role will provide writing and editorial support across a wide variety of marketing channels and content types. The ideal candidate is a versatile writer who can adapt to different formats—from short-form ad copy to long-form whitepapers—while staying consistent with our brand voice and style guidelines.
Success in this role also requires close collaboration with demand generation, sales, design, and product teams to ensure content is aligned with broader business goals, as well as bringing fresh ideas and creativity to every project.

In this role, you’ll help shape Conga’s brand voice across multiple channels and audiences. Your writing will directly support demand generation campaigns, events, product storytelling, and customer advocacy.
- You’ll ensure quality and consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business goals.
And most importantly, you’ll bring creativity and fresh ideas that keep our content engaging and impactful.
Are you the one we’re looking for?
You’re a strong writer with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and content types. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy bringing creativity into everything you do.
- Write and edit both long-form and short-form content, including:
- Landing pages, blog posts, digital ads, and email campaigns
- Event signage, collateral, and other promotional assets
- Support the development and distribution of newsletters with engaging and timely content.
- Provide writing support for social media, especially advocacy and customer-driven stories.
- Review and copyedit content with accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail.
- Manage and upload marketing assets in Aprimo (or similar content management platforms).
- Partner with the content team to repurpose assets across multiple channels.
- Bring creativity and fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions and projects.
You’ll also bring a background that sets you up for success:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of professional writing or content creation experience (internships and freelance work considered).
- Familiarity with content management systems such as Aprimo or SharePoint.
- A proactive approach with the ability to generate new ideas.
Here’s what will give you an edge…
Bringing a bit of extra expertise will help you shine in this role. If you have experience writing for the SaaS or technology space, or a foundation in SEO, you’ll be able to make an immediate impact.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Aprimo)
Additionally, familiarity with analytics platforms to track engagement and optimize content will set you apart and help elevate our content strategy.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
