Job Description

We are looking for Master in Management students from IESE Business School to join us as Junior Consultants or Interns and become integral members of our dynamic consulting team.

At Roland Berger, you will be at the forefront of innovation, working on exciting projects within a dynamic and inspiring environment. From day one, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of creative strategies and business models for our clients.

  • Prior experience in strategic work – ideally in the geographical market you would like to join
