Incubated by SwissBorg, XBorg now counts more than $10M in funding raised, and we're now expanding to new verticals beyond gaming, and entering the AI race with a new product that will change how the largest brands in the world engage with their audiences.
As we're scaling fast, we need sharp, ambitious people to help us grow. We are looking for someone to join our BD team, and help us find the next thousand brands that XBorg will partner with.
About the role
- Research and identify potential leads in gaming, entertainment, sports
- Build and execute outreach campaigns, experiment with messaging, track what works
- Manage our CRM, automate workflows with AI
- Help craft pitch decks and presentations that land deals
Who you are
- Based in Europe (any country, fully remote)
- Fluent in English (you'll be writing and talking to partners)
- Into gaming/esports/sports (you don't need to be a pro, but you should genuinely care about the space)
- AI-nerd (you've used AI tools to automate tasks, build workflows, or solve problems - even if you're still learning, we want someone who plays with AI daily)
- Hungry to learn (you're not afraid to ask questions, test ideas, and iterate)
Nice-to-have
- You've used CRM tools or done lead research before
- You've done cold outreach (sales, partnerships, community building, whatever)
- You've build workflows on N8N or equivalent and understand how to automate processes with AI
