We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support business analysis, project execution, research, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves working with internal stakeholders and clients to gather and clarify requirements, analyse business processes and operational information, prepare structured documentation and reports, and support cross-functional teams in delivering business and project objectives. Responsibilities - Gather, document, and clarify business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients. - Analyse business processes, workflows, data, and operational information to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Translate business needs into structured briefs, process maps, reports, recommendations, and other documentation. - Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research to generate practical insights. - Support project planning and cross-functional execution by tracking requirements, actions, dependencies, and outcomes. - Maintain accurate reports, trackers, and documentation - Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical and operational teams. - Conduct basic data analysis and prepare reports to support business decisions. - Participate in stakeholder meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and project discussions. - Document meeting outcomes, action items, requirements, and agreed next steps. - Monitor project tasks and follow up with relevant stakeholders to support timely delivery. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and business documentation. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project support, operations, consulting, or a related role. - Basic understanding of business analysis principles and requirements gathering. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
