We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Junior Brand Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced marketing and management professionals to support the growth of a dedicated client brand.

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies tailored to specific target audiences and demographics. You will gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, customer engagement, sales strategy, client relations, and leadership development while contributing to the success of both our clients and our team.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about marketing, business development, team leadership, and creating impactful customer experiences.

Responsibilities of a Junior Brand Manager
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and brand representation
  • Attend daily team meetings focused on client goals, brand strategy, sales performance, marketing initiatives, and leadership development
  • Learn and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Develop a strong understanding of assigned client brands, products, promotions, and target markets
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
  • Assist with campaign execution, customer outreach, and brand promotions
  • Research and understand new promotional offerings, products, and marketing opportunities within assigned territories
  • Become knowledgeable in client operations, business objectives, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Develop leadership skills through mentorship, training programs, and hands-on experience
  • Progress into additional leadership responsibilities, including team development and recruiting support, based on performance and results
