We’re looking for a Junior Application Setup Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s highly organized, customer-oriented, and passionate about problem-solving in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role supports the configuration and optimization of dealership software post-implementation to ensure long-term customer success.

• Serve as a key resource for dealerships after initial software setup, supporting ongoing configuration and optimization needs.
• Understand and respond to dealership workflows, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and better software alignment.
• Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Management, Scheduler, and Service Cart teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
• Help translate dealership feedback into actionable software changes or enhancements without disrupting existing workflows.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of internal documentation and customer-facing resources.
• Proactively communicate any roadblocks and escalate when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our implementation and support processes.
• Mentor internal team members on product knowledge to enhance cross-functional understanding.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Experience working in a dealership environment, especially within Fixed Operations.
• Familiarity with automotive scheduling and Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) tools.
• Customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Forms, etc.).

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a Dealership management system or 3rd party application support. 
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMs.
• Experience with the myKaarma suite of products and “Admin Tool” portal is a plus.
