The primary function of this position is to gain industry, product and service knowledge while learning the various skills needed to be promoted to a Sales Representative. The Junior Agency Sales Representative must understand how to use interpersonal skills to build long-term internal and external relationships.

What You'll Do:
- Learn and master the sales process and understand the products and services offered.
- Learn sales administration by participating in sales office functions
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and develop sales strategies; gather and analyze information to build knowledge base and identify trends for assigned territory/product
- Observe the sales process by calling on accounts; adhere to established sales steps
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational improvement opportunities; read sales and marketing publications
- Prepare and deliver product presentations
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in sales or customer service required
- May require a valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and listening skills
