We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting the execution of client-facing projects. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about client services and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Account Managers in daily client communication and follow-up

  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Maintain and update client records and documentation

  • Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions under supervision

  • Participate in meetings and take detailed notes and action items

  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables

  • Handle basic administrative tasks related to account management

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in client services, sales support, or related roles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
