Jr. Strategy Analyst

We are looking for a Jr. Strategy Analyst with strong analytical and business skills to support key strategic and financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel, an understanding of basic business concepts, and the ability to effectively communicate insights through presentations. You will work on high-impact projects related to financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and internal communications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the budgeting process, track monthly performance against it, and support adherence to the budget while adapting to business conditions.
  
• Support the development of quarterly rolling forecasts by providing data and analysis for actionable recommendations.
  
• Help to prepare company performance reports.
  
• Support monthly P&L analysis to provide insights into business operations.
  
• Assist in the creation of ROI models for product teams and support the calculation/tracking of ROI for major projects.
  
• Help prepare financials and presentations for investors.
  
• Help create key presentations and other CEO communications.
  
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
  
• 1-3 years of work experience in a high tech, consulting firm, or investment banking preferred.
  
• Solid understanding of basic business concepts and financial analysis.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong quantitative and modeling skills.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, insightful PowerPoint presentations.
  
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to quickly learn in a fast-paced environment.
