Solutions Analyst

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Solutions Analyst to join our team. In this entry level role, you’ll explore and research the most-used automations in our space, design, publish and document creative use cases, and help bring process improvements to life. You’ll also engage with our customer community by sharing tips, tricks, and insights that help others maximize value.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll leverage your skills in Python, automation, and APIs to create real impact while learning and growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze popular automations and workflows relevant to our customers and industry.
  • Create, publish , document, and maintain detailed use cases for automation scenarios.
  • Build and optimize automation scripts and processes to improve internal and customer workflows.
  • Experiment with APIs to integrate systems and enhance automation capabilities.
  • Post valuable tips, tricks, and how-to guides in our community platform to engage and educate users.
  • Collaborate with solutions, engineering, and customer success teams to identify new automation opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Python scripting.
  • Understanding of automation concepts and tools.
  • General knowledge of APIs (REST, GraphQL, or similar) and how to work with them.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to clearly document technical work for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with community engagement or writing technical blog posts/tutorials.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Torq, Zapier, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of JSON, YAML, JQ or data transformation.

Background or prior experience as a SOC Analyst or SOC Engineer, especially with exposure to automation in incident response.
