We’re looking for a Jr. Social Media Manager to join our growing Platform team and help us bring A+ strategy and content to life for major studio clients. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s obsessed with social media, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about entertainment.
What You'll Do
- Support the execution of 360 social media campaigns across theatrical, streaming, home entertainment, and television titles
- Assist with building out content calendars and scheduling/posting content across platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, etc.)
- Draft and edit social copy, adjusting voice and tone to match each title and platform
- Participate in brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas for content series, engagement tactics, and platform-specific approaches
- Help track social trends, platform updates, and fan behavior to inform campaign pivots and creative development
- Engage with fans and communities through daily community management and live-tweeting moments
- Assist with pulling data for performance recaps and weekly reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers, creatives, and motion designers to ensure deliverables are on time and on brand

- Passionate about film, TV, and pop culture
- A strong writer who understands how to speak in different brand voices
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at once
- A self-starter who asks questions, takes initiative, and learns fast
- Flexible and comfortable working in a client-service environment where priorities can shift quickly
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or agency environments (internships count!)
- Familiarity with platform best practices and content formats across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
- Basic experience with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Dash Hudson, Later, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or Canva is a plus
- Entertainment or fan-facing campaign experience is a bonus, especially in film/TV
- Interest in awards marketing and FYC content is a plus but not required
Availability
- Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PT
- Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday support for live moments or premieres (rotating schedule)
