The Jr. Graphic Designer will create visual assets for the Fliff app and marketing initiatives, collaborating on branding and asset management.
Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.
We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.
We are seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer to own the creation of visual assets from inception through completion for the Fliff app, social media, emails and other relevant marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the ideation, creation, and delivery of impactful digital marketing and organic social assets. This role will report to our Senior Art Director and work cross-functionally with the organization to expand and define the Fliff brand across all touch points.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the creation of organic and marketing graphics used in social media, email marketing, and other relevant touch points to drive engagement.
- Collaborate in the branding process, including creating new key assets and enhancing existing ones, while contributing to brand strategy and execution.
- Work alongside other designers, social media managers and user acquisition managers to understand customer needs, define requirements and align on business goals.
- Build out libraries of cutouts, backdrops, textures, and general assets.
- Maintain an organized archive of all created assets by following team folder structure protocols.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Professional-level proficiency in Adobe Suite and other relevant art/media creation software suites.
- Demonstrate a core understanding of social media specs and creative considerations.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating skill in composition, typography, and layout.
- Ability to take direction and an eagerness to learn and contribute.
- A desire to be a part of a small and agile team, helping to build it up from the ground level.
- Experience in the sports industry and a passion for the space is a big plus.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design preferred.
