Target Range:

$25.00/Hr. - $30.00/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic C&I Lending Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and other team members to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data mining and delivering business intelligence reporting using SQL, SSRS, Tableau, or Excel
  • Analyze business functions and processes, document findings, and recommend operational improvements
  • Utilize the Bank’s systems to create reports to manage the assets that require special attention and monitoring
  • Assist with data architecture management, system-to-system management, data integration, data investigation, and data integrity initiatives
  • Perform other projects, support, and duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year of experience in SQL, Tableau, Python, and Excel
  • Banking or financial services experience
