The Jr. Clinical Supply Manager coordinates logistics, manages shipments, supports supply chain strategies, and maintains inventory records to ensure efficiency.
We are currently seeking a Jr. Clinical Supply Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Supply Manager at ICON, you will play an essential role in coordinating and managing the efficient movement of goods and materials across the global supply chain. You will support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients by ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics operations. This position is office based in Pleasanton, CA.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinating the global shipping and distribution of materials, including tracking and managing logistics schedules to meet project timelines.
- Communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations and resolve any issues related to shipments and deliveries.
- Supporting the development and implementation of logistics strategies and procedures to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost management.
- Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics transactions to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- Assisting with the evaluation of logistics performance metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related area, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
