- Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a team of exceptional Relationship Managers. Foster their professional growth by providing training and development opportunities. Ensure they deliver the full JPMorgan Private Client value proposition, attracting and nurturing client relationships while enhancing their overall experience with sophistication.
- Spearhead the development and execution of market strategic plans aimed at expanding the affluent client segment. Focus on achieving business objectives by identifying growth opportunities and implementing innovative strategies that align with the JPMorgan Private Client vision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and centers of influence. Leverage these relationships to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy, ultimately driving business growth.
- Foster relationships with leaders across various lines of business to identify collaborative opportunities. Work together to enhance client relationships and support prospecting efforts, ensuring a seamless and integrated client experience.
- Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and among internal stakeholders. Encourage open communication, knowledge sharing, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Establish clear performance expectations for team members. Provide regular feedback and coaching to help them achieve their goals and enhance their skills. Celebrate and recognize performance and outstanding achievements to motivate and retain talent.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Prioritize client satisfaction by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism, reinforcing the firm's commitment to exceptional client care.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven track record of growth and leadership with demonstrated success in building a business that features a holistic approach to banking, investments, and lending for affluent clients, with a strong emphasis on personalized client care and strategic growth initiatives.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in banking, wealth management, or financial services, with a focus on serving affluent clients. At least 5 years of management experience, showcasing a commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence in client service.
- Proven expertise in recruiting, developing, and coaching exceptional professionals who can serve affluent clients across their banking, investment, and lending needs, with a focus on enhancing employee engagement and client loyalty.
- Strong capability to cultivate a client-centric culture that prioritizes personalized service and long-term relationship building, ensuring the highest level of client care and satisfaction.
- Strong track record in business development, including working with strategic clients and centers of influence to drive business growth and expand market reach, with a focus on innovative strategies for the affluent segment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strategic thinking abilities, to effectively engage with clients and employees, drive business growth, and uphold a sound risk and controls environment.
- Proven success in building and maintaining internal partnerships across various departments to enhance service delivery and client care, with a focus on collaborative growth strategies.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time; willingness and ability to travel as needed to support strategic growth initiatives and client engagement efforts.
