About The Talent Project: The Talent Project is a female owned and lead executive search firm specializing in marketing, creative and supply chain roles for the beauty, wellness & CPG industries. We offer end-to-end recruitment support for full-time direct-hire positions as well as confidential executive searches. With deep experience leading corporate recruitment, we operate as an extension of our client's talent acquisition team, ensuring a seamless and strategic hiring process. 
About the Role: We’re always looking to connect with exceptional marketing talent for upcoming opportunities with our clients in the beauty, wellness & CPG industries. Whether your expertise lies in product marketing, brand strategy, digital marketing, performance, content, or communications, we want to hear from you. 

If you're a creative thinker, results-driven, and passionate about building impactful campaigns, join our talent pipeline to be considered for future roles ranging from coordinator to executive level.

Salary range: 60K - 300K depending on the level of the position.
