As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving new business by engaging potential customers and introducing them to the value of Simpro Group's solutions. You’ll identify opportunities, qualify prospects and collaborate with Account Executives to turn conversations into product demonstrations and future partnerships.
Location: Reading, RG1 or Leeds, LS15, on-site.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound leads and proactive outbound prospecting.

  • Qualify prospects and book product demonstrations with Account Executives.

  • Research and engage decision-makers within trade and field service businesses.

  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of opportunities.

  • Clearly communicate Simpro Group's value proposition and how it solves real business challenges.

  • Maintain accurate prospect data in Salesforce and other tools.

  • Collaborate with the sales team through regular pipeline reviews, coaching and training.

  • Run targeted outreach campaigns to drive qualified leads and consistently exceed targets.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.

  • A consultative, customer-first approach to selling.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.

  • Comfortable learning and navigating software platforms.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Google Workspace is a plus.
