We hire at all levels sales professionals across the US. Our hub locations are New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Dallas.

Depending on the role and level, members of our sales team typically:- Identify opportunities and grow Teads’ footprint with strategic agencies and brands
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships across complex agency structures, from trading desks to executive teams
- Align Teads’ innovative advertising solutions with the evolving needs of clients and prospects
- Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities while contributing to revenue growth
- Partner closely with internal teams across insights, customer experience, and technical solutions to deliver best-in-class campaigns and client outcomes
- Experience in digital media sales, ideally across video, programmatic, CTV, native, or display
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
- Existing relationships with media agencies, enterprise brands and HoldCos.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
