Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Communication
    • Participate in daily/weekly project meetings to discuss requirement changes, status updates, and dependency alignment.
    • Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Design & Documentation
    • Analyze new requirements and design scalable code solutions.
    • Document technical designs, workflows, and testing details in internal wiki/knowledge base.
  • Development & Testing
    • Implement high-quality code changes that align with design specifications.
    • Perform high-level development testing to validate functionality before handing over to QA.
    • Execute full QA testing on identified test cases for new features to ensure robust functionality.
  • Issue Analysis & Support
    • Triage LLE and production issues, identify root causes, and provide timely fixes.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence.
  • Mentorship & Leadership

    • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and troubleshooting.
    • Support team growth by participating in technical interviews and evaluating candidates.

    Compensation, Benefits and Duration

    Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
    Maximum Compensation: USD 170,000
    Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
    Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
    This position is available for independent contractors
