This opportunity entails leading and delivering complex information technology projects within the company or for clients. They oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, and ensure that projects meet the agreed specifications, budget, and timeline. They also manage the project team, stakeholders, vendors, and risks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Establishes and implementing project management processes and strategies for all technical projects.
  • Analyzes project requirements and developing work plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for the team.
  • Assigns and overseeing the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring they are working toward established goals.
  • Holds regular technical team meetings to monitor progress and address any issues or challenges regarding projects.
  • Communicates project status and issues to senior management and clients.
  • Evaluates project outcomes and implementing lessons learned for future improvement.
  • Provides technical expertise and guidance to the team and clients as needed.
  • Researches and evaluating hardware and software technology options and weighing the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
  • Recruits and training exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department.
  • Updates and maintaining all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 9 years of relevant experience, or
  • In lieu of education, 14 years of relevant experience.

  • Master’s degree in Planning, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills

  • Master’s degree in Planning, Engineering, or related field.

The approximate pay range for Los Angeles Metro Area and Orange County, CA is $142,432.65 - $222,779.29. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
