Your main tasks will be:

Infrastructure & Cloud

  • Operate, maintain, and evolve the company’s IT infrastructure (data center / colocation and public clouds).
  • Deploy and update applications in cloud environments; configure environments, networks, VPNs, firewalls, monitoring, and logging.
  • Organize backup and data recovery processes.
  • Deploy and support software in related cloud systems (e.g. IT helpdesk, support services).

3rd-party Providers & Software Implementation

  • Coordinate third-party vendors during implementation and ongoing support of software solutions (IT helpdesk, MDM, SSO/IdP, monitoring, asset management, etc.).
  • Define requirements, timelines, delivery plans, and control execution quality.
  • Prepare access and environments, enforce least-privilege principles, MFA, logging, and access revocation after work completion.
  • Acceptance of delivered solutions (UAT/acceptance testing), defect tracking, and fix validation.
  • Ensure proper handover of documentation and knowledge: instructions, runbooks, escalation contacts, SLAs.
  • Incident management and escalations together with providers.
  • Participate in vendor and product selection: technical evaluation, risk assessment, compatibility with the current stack, and solution recommendations.

Email & Google Workspace

  • Administer corporate email accounts (creation/deletion of mailboxes, aliases, groups, security policies).
  • Perform Google Workspace migrations (company-wide domain/account migrations): planning, cut-over, data transfer (mail, Drive, calendars), post-migration support.
  • Configure and maintain SPF / DKIM / DMARC, anti-spam and anti-phishing protection.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Prepare and issue accounts and access: email, Slack, Asana, Confluence, etc.
  • Configure workstations and password managers.
  • Prepare equipment and first-day checklists.
  • Disable access and collect issued equipment (laptops, accessories, tokens).
  • Data transfer/archiving, reassignment of ownership, device blocking and remote wipe.

Hardware Procurement & Asset Lifecycle

  • Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory (asset cards, status, warranty, depreciation).
  • Plan and manage procurement (phones, laptops, peripherals, licenses, stock), repairs, disposal, and RMA.
  • Procurement and accounting of cold crypto wallets, storage policies, multisig / access separation, seed phrase backup procedures.

User Support & Security

  • 1st / 2nd line user support, SLA management, ticket prioritization, and knowledge base maintenance.
  • Security policies enforcement: MFA, least privilege, patch management, disk encryption, regular security audits.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
