About the Job:

While we are a remote working company, this position is not remote and we are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join us onsite at our OppFi headquarters in Chicago. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and security of our computer systems. The IT Support Analyst role is the first point of contact for internal customers/ employees facing technical issues. This role assists users who contact the Service Desk with incidents and service requests related to IT support, systems, hardware, software, and also supports a variety of other requests. 


What you get to do:

● You will help maintain our growing fleet of devices, tools, and people of OppFi.
● Oversee IT Support for 600+ systems, with issues coming in by phone, email, remote support, and walk-up.
● Comfortable with troubleshooting issues and conducting hardware repairs to Macbooks, Windows laptops.
● SaaS management for all of our services (user account creation, deletion, and modification).
● Manage multiple IT tools including Google Apps, JIRA, Slack, Adobe, and Microsoft
● Image Windows and Mac Workstations.
● Daily responsibilities can include receiving, prioritizing, documenting, routing, scheduling, help with general IT support, deep troubleshooting, documentation and A/V needs and project management and resolving any and all internal IT support requests.
● Conduct New Hire training, including orientation on company IT platforms and tool familiarity.


What you will bring to the team:

● 1.5+years of IT or Desktop Support / System Administration.
● OS X + Windows end-user support experience.
● Familiarity with enterprise networking, basic network troubleshooting and WiFi support.
● Good problem-solving.
● A basic understanding of connecting computers to networks.
● Ability to lift 50+ lbs computer equipment and hardware, climb ladders and use hand tools where necessary.
On-call rotation that includes weekends.
Chicago in-office presence required.

Final offers are determined based on a myriad of factors including, but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant business considerations. In addition to base pay, the total compensation package includes eligibility and potential for performance-based bonuses and equity grants dependent upon the role and job level.
