Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop IT team members
  • Document hardware processes throughout the department to conform to SOX and ITGC guidelines.
  • Ensure security KPIs and helpdesk KPIs are achieved
  • Escalate issues as needed to the IT manager
  • Implement IT Mafact best practices
  • Supervise upgrades on hardware leading change management process
  • Support enterprise HyperV, ESXi, SQL, Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
  • Document and manage enterprise systems, file and print servers, SQL database servers, PC's, virtual servers and any other critical data systems.
  • Administer SCCM, and WSUS servers to provide touchless updates and software deployments
  • Oversee set-up and support of all users on all systems with the highest priority to security given
  • Maintain open issues list and engage in continuous improvement
  • Through classroom training, self-training, and computer-based training, continuously improve levels of knowledge and competency with IT systems and products utilized
  • Create and facilitate standardized help desk activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
