Enterprise Solutions Architect

Location: Miami – Doral, FL
 

About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for designing scalable, secure, and modern enterprise platforms? At World Kinect, we’re looking for an Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the evolution of our technology ecosystem—spanning cloud, collaboration, networking, and endpoint platforms.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape architectural standards, influence platform roadmaps, and collaborate across global teams to deliver innovative solutions that power our business.

What You’ll Do
  • Architect the Future: Design and evolve architecture standards across platforms like Zoom, Slack, Box, AWS, Azure, Windows/macOS, and enterprise networks (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Palo Alto).
  • Bridge Tech & Business: Define component stacks, integration points, and data flows for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure Governance: Align platform usage with security, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with infrastructure, security, development, and business teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
  • Drive Strategy: Influence platform investments and roadmaps with your technical insight and leadership.
  • Mentor & Guide: Share best practices, lead architectural discussions, and support Agile delivery teams.
  • Modernize & Automate: Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and simplification across the tech stack.
What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, or platform governance.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), endpoint management (Intune, JAMF), and enterprise networking.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and align diverse technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Zoom, Slack, Box in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and integration patterns.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS).
