RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for driving new business and sales through prospecting, lead identification, generation, and qualification, with the objective of meeting or exceeding established targets.
  • Introduction of the Company and its products to prospective leads through meetings, training, demonstrations, presentations, industry events, and trade exhibitions.
  • Take a lead role in the search, prospecting, and qualification sales process
  • Updating our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
  • Create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Develop new lead generation tactics
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and regularly meet with management and stakeholders to discuss lead generation tactics
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as calling, face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
  • Build rapport with clients to increase partnership opportunities for all verticals
  • Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities
  • Cultivate successful long-term relationships with organizations to further establish ModusLights Technologies as Managed Service Provider and Advisor
  • Experience responding to RFP's by presenting winning proposals for new client acquisition
  • Develop partnerships with firms who can add value for our customers, enabling us to provide the absolute best solutions


Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Sales, Marketing or Management
  • 5 years+ successful track record in B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success with lead generation and closing deals for IT Services and Products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High-quality experience with sales techniques.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Experience selling to C-Level executives
  • Ability to deliver presentations
  • Proven track record of establishing relationships and providing a consultative sales approach
  • Experience selling IT Services / Technologies like: ServiceNow, Application Development and Support, Cloud Services / Engineering, Cyber Security, IT Staff Augmentation.
  • Experience selling IT Services / Products that are delivered with different delivery / support models: onshore, offshore, hybrid
