We are a fast-growing global company with customers in over 30 countries and a wide array of industries like theme parks, museums, zoos, trampoline parks, water parks, aquariums, and wake parks — just to name a few!

At the heart of ROLLER is our team — which consists of 200+ highly energetic, driven, intelligent, and humble professionals, all contributing to help build a great and enduring business. We truly believe that the sky's the limit for us, and we are well on our way toward becoming a global success story. But most of all, we love what we do, and we are looking for like-minded people to join us on this amazing journey!

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, structured IT Project Manager to join our Business Technology (IT) team and help drive the successful delivery of high-impact technology initiatives across the business. If you’ve got 6–7 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects — and a knack for bringing order to chaos — this could be the perfect next step.

From rolling out new tools and integrations to streamlining infrastructure and enabling automation, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems evolve in lockstep with our growth. You’ll also help shape our broader IT strategy by contributing to ongoing tech stack rationalization.

The right candidate is detail-obsessed, systems-minded, and thrives at the intersection of business and technology — aligning stakeholders, clearing roadblocks, and keeping momentum high.

What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end project delivery for key IT initiatives — from system implementations and enhancements to integrations across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, success metrics, and delivery milestones for technology efforts that move the business forward.
  • Lead technology rationalization efforts by assessing current systems, identifying overlaps, supporting decommissioning plans, and managing vendor transitions.
  • Champion tech stack optimization through regular reviews of tool adoption, licensing, and ROI.
  • Create and manage project plans with clarity and confidence — keeping timelines, dependencies, and documentation on track using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams, including vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators, to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Support effective change management by enabling teams through training, documentation, and clear communication during system rollouts or process changes.
  • Stay ahead of risks and roadblocks by identifying issues early and putting proactive mitigation strategies in place.
  • Ensure every project aligns with ROLLER’s standards for security, compliance, data governance, and architectural best practices.
  • Help scale the PMO function, contributing to tools, playbooks, and practices that support repeatable, high-quality delivery across the IT org.

About You

You’re a highly organized, tech-savvy problem solver with a track record of delivering complex IT projects that make a real impact. You thrive in fast-moving environments and are just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are aligning cross-functional teams. You bring structure, clarity, and energy to everything you do — whether you’re leading a system implementation, managing vendor relationships, or streamlining tool usage across the company.

You love connecting the dots between business needs and technical solutions, and you’re not afraid to ask the hard questions to keep projects on track. You understand the importance of change management and user adoption, and you know how to bring people along the journey.

Above all, you’re excited to help build and scale the systems that will power ROLLER’s next phase of growth — and you’re ready to make your mark.

  • 6–7 years of hands-on IT project management experience, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven environments.
  • A strong track record of delivering diverse IT projects — from system rollouts and integrations to full-scale tech stack migrations.
  • Solid understanding of technology rationalization, including system audits, vendor evaluations, licensing reviews, and decommissioning planning.
  • Fluent in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet — and confident using them to keep teams aligned and projects moving.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across IT, Security, Engineering, Finance, RevOps, and People & Culture.
  • A natural communicator and problem-solver — able to simplify the complex, cut through the noise, and drive clear outcomes.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting quickly as business needs evolve.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification that reflects your structured approach to project delivery.
  • Experience driving SaaS tool rationalization, infrastructure upgrades, or data platform transitions in fast-moving environments.
  • Exposure to IT governance, vendor management, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise tools we use and love — including Salesforce, Okta, Workday, Zendesk, or Looker.
Perks!
  • You'll get to work on a category-leading product that customers love in a fun, high-growth industry! Check our Capterra and G2 reviews.
  • Paid leave for vacation, illness, and observed holidays.
  • 4 ROLLER Recharge days per year (When we hit our goals each quarter, we take a well-earned day off together to relax, recharge, and celebrate our wins).
  • Engage in our 'Vibe Tribe' - led by our team members; you can contribute to company-wide initiatives directly. Regular events and social activities, fundraising & cause-related campaigns...you name it. We're willing to make it happen!
  • Team Member Assistance Program to proactively support our team's health and wellbeing - access to coaching, education modules, weekly webinars, and more.
  • 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for primary carers and 4 weeks paid Parental Leave for secondary carers.
  • 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match.
  • Fully paid medical insurance.
  • Work with a driven, fun, and switched-on team that likes to raise the bar in all we do!
  • Individual learning & development budget plus genuine career growth opportunities as we continue to expand!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
