The IT Project Manager (Implementation) has the sole responsibility of the implementation of our technology product. This position will work closely with our customer to ensure all business objectives are met. The project manager is expected to work independently; activities will include working with cross-functional groups to track and monitor tasks; project management methodology will be followed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Creates and executes project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Analyzes project profitability, revenue, and margins.
- Sets and manages client expectations. Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

- PMP certification is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree and five or more years of Project Management experience with implementing large scale technical software.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time to support client engagements and project implementation activities.
