The Program Manager will lead two engineering teams - Systems Engineering (Voice) and Systems Engineering (Multimedia) - supporting a key government customer. Both teams are responsible for lifecycle engineering, Tier 3-4 O&M support, and security accreditation activities, with the Voice team focused on the customer's voice infrastructure and call center automation, and the Multimedia team focused on modernizing the customer's audio-video infrastructure and multimedia systems. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience to recruit and develop top talent and solutions on one of the most complex and high profile programs within the government. The Program Manager will have contract task order manager responsibilities and as such will be responsible to produce and deliver monthly Program Management Reviews.

Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
The right candidate will have a minimum of 11 years' experience. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following:
- Experience providing program management for large scale engineering services programs in support of a top tier US Intelligence Agency.
- Over 5 years of experience working on government enterprise infrastructure and engineering programs, including on-site customer engagement.
- Strong business acumen - highly capable of formulating and executing aggressive, but reasonable acquisition and engineering schedules in coordination with multiple subcontractor and technology vendor partners, both large and small.
- Technically proficient - conversant in modern Systems Engineering best practices including requirements management, lifecycle engineering, systems integration, verification and validation (V&V), configuration management, and technical baseline development; with working knowledge of voice and multimedia systems, and ServiceNow project management.
- Ability to work closely with the BAE Systems Talent Acquisition team to identify new candidates conduct and adjudicate interviews, vetting and hiring of the new required resources.
- Identify risks and documents program progress including implementation, time lines, issues, risks, quality and successes measures to meet contractual requirements
- Serve as programmatic liaison to the sponsor; maintains enterprise sponsor contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations and management requirements.
- Provide status reporting to the enterprise sponsor, and our internal team on progress toward objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plan, budget, and task management to achieve task order objectives
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, business, or related field
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Program experience employing earned value management (EVM).
- Experience developing completion based efforts from existing Level of Effort (LOE) staffing models.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certified
