What you'll be doing

  • Deliver outstanding IT support across macOS and Windows environments, ensuring employees have the tools and help they need to stay productive.
  • Take ownership of your ticket queue and contribute to continuous improvements in our IT support processes.
  • Maintain and expand internal documentation, helping scale knowledge and solutions across our global team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and drive a positive user experience.
  • Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment, acting as a point of escalation when needed and contributing to a culture of great customer service.

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting both macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience managing and resolving issues through an IT ticketing system (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with a curiosity for learning new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of customer support best practices with a focus on delivering a great employee experience.
