The opportunity
This role is crucial for keeping the company's technological infrastructure running smoothly. You'll be part of the IT team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure everyone has the digital tools they need. What you'll be doing
- Deliver outstanding IT support across macOS and Windows environments, ensuring employees have the tools and help they need to stay productive.
- Take ownership of your ticket queue and contribute to continuous improvements in our IT support processes.
- Maintain and expand internal documentation, helping scale knowledge and solutions across our global team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and drive a positive user experience.
- Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment, acting as a point of escalation when needed and contributing to a culture of great customer service.
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting both macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Hands-on experience managing and resolving issues through an IT ticketing system (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a curiosity for learning new tools and technologies.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of customer support best practices with a focus on delivering a great employee experience.
