Responsibilities Onsite IT Operations & Corporate Office Management
- Be the primary onsite IT specialist, providing immediate technical support to employees and executives.
- Ensure all IT systems, conference rooms, and event spaces are fully operational and proactively address any issues.
- Manage IT asset inventory, device provisioning, and lifecycle tracking for the corporate office.
- Work with IT and Security teams to enforce compliance, data protection, and access control policies.
- Lead IT support for high-profile corporate events, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for event logistics, live-streaming, recording, and AV setup.
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time technical issues to ensure event success.
- Manage and support conference room AV technology, video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), and executive briefing centers.
- Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot AV hardware, digital displays, microphones, and control systems.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and optimization of AV systems to improve user experience.
- Deliver white-glove IT support for senior executives, ensuring seamless device functionality and IT accessibility.
- Provide personalized technical assistance for meetings, device setups, and secure remote access.
- Rapidly respond to critical IT issues affecting executive users and ensure high-priority resolution.
- 3-5 years of hands-on IT experience with a focus on corporate office IT management, event support, and AV technology.
- Strong onsite troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience managing AV solutions for corporate events, conferences, and executive meeting spaces.
- Knowledge of video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) and AV control systems.
- Proven experience providing high-touch IT support for executives and senior leadership.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work under pressure in high-stakes situations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications, such as ITIL 4 Foundation, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, AVIXA CTS, or CompTIA Security+.
- Experience with Jira Service Management, JAMF, InTune, and automation tools (PowerShell, Python).
- Strong understanding of corporate AV system design, live-streaming, and event production.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.
