Job Overview

The IT Operations Manager position is responsible for effective planning, managing, and implementation of highly visible IT projects that will improve infrastructure and promote efficient operation of the Altura business units. Projects assigned are broad in scope and may involve multiple departments. This position will support the department’s effort to complete multiple projects simultaneously, engage all IT employees effectively, and optimize the use of Company resources.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in IT, business, organizational management, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience required in data analysis/project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.

  • Instead of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience in IT process improvement and health information technology implementation experience strongly preferred.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.

Compensation

$126,776.00 - $158,475.20 annually

The range is subject to change. AltaMed is committed to ensuring a fair and competitive compensation package that reflects the candidate's value and the role's strategic importance within the organization.
