IT Operations Engineer

We are an AI-native ITSM startup in stealth mode. Our mission is to reinvent IT Service Management from the ground up, leveraging AI to automate workflows, optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and provide intelligent, human-like support experiences.
Role OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on IT Operations Engineer to manage and secure our core company systems and their security— from cloud applications and collaboration tools to recruiting and HR platforms. You’ll handle provisioning of hardware, network, user access, integrations, and automation across tools like Google Workspace, slack, SSO, Notion, Gusto etc ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely as we scale.
ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support core systems: Google Workspace, Notion, GitHub, Linear, Microsoft 365, Apple ABM, OnePassword, OpenAI/GPT, Claude Code, DocuSign, Ashby, Gusto, Ramp, LinkedIn Recruiter, BuiltIn.
Manage user onboarding/offboarding, SSO, MFA, and access control.
Maintain integrations and data syncs between systems (HR, recruiting, finance, and IT).
Oversee security compliance, device management, and access audits.
Wifi and Network Administration
Managing IT assets
Automate recurring workflows and document key processes in Notion.
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and end-user training.
5+ years experience in IT operations or systems administration.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, and modern SaaS tools.
Strong understanding of identity management, SSO, and MFA.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Gusto, Ramp, and MDM tools.
Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
