We are seeking an accomplished, driven and astute IT leader to serve as the Jencap’s Head of ConceptOne Agency Management Platform. This is a pivotal, career-defining opportunity for an individual who combines deep insurance broking domain knowledge with proven program delivery, change management, and technical leadership capability.

This role can be a hybrid arrangement in any Jencap office in the US or Remote. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Provide regular, clear program updates to the Senior Business and IT Leadership Team and Board as required.
•    Manage third-party suppliers, vendors and the project implementation team(s), ensuring contractual obligations are met and delivery milestones achieved.
•    Large Systems Implementation – project implementation experience, acting as an architect or technical lead on insurance or financial systems
•    Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and governance documentation throughout the program lifecycle.
•    Demonstrate an understanding of enterprise reference data – like customer, account, security etc
•    Demonstrable experience in Straight-Through Processing (STP) – ideally in the Insurance sector.
•    Demonstrable understanding of end-to-end insurance broking processes, including policy lifecycle, client management, renewals, endorsements, and compliance requirements.
•    Map current-state insurance broking processes against ConceptOne capabilities, identifying gaps, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
•    Lead end-to-end ConceptOne platform migration activities, including legacy system decommissioning, data mapping, parallel-run management, and cutover planning.
•    Data Modeling – experience with logical data modeling and detailed modeling of inter-application data flows to element level
•    Reference Data – experience with the use of centralized reference data sources
 
Overall Skills
•    Work closely with technology & business teams to implement ConceptOne projects
•    Provide Analysis & documentation expertise and guidance to projects working with Jencap business leaders
•    Develop, analyze, document and review business, functional and non-functional requirements
•    Develop customer-focused documentation for software solutions (e.g. Wireframes, Use Cases, business rules, etc.)
•    Configure C1 platform to setup new workflows, business reference data, User Defined Tables, User Defined Fields/Forms etc
•    Coordinating implementation and communication efforts with vendors and multiple business groups.
•    Perform and coordinate the estimation of work
•    Participate in system design and configuration activities
•    Provide mentorship to team members.
 
Requirements
•    10+ years of experience with Concept One
•    15+ years of insurance experience
•    Understanding or experience with Database design and Object-oriented concepts
•    Analytical and critical thinking
•    Great written and oral communication
•    Experience with process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering and analysis, and phases of project life cycle (requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, training, and            measuring effectiveness.)
•    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.


The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded.
