- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Provide hands-on assistance with workstation setups, office moves, and hardware troubleshooting
- Assist the Desktop Support Team with resolving end user submitted support tickets
- Wipe laptops and tower computers for recycling or returning to third-party warehousing and imaging vendor
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware assets
- Draft knowledgebase articles to capture and record institutional knowledge
- Suggest improvements to workflows and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in either a bachelor's or master's degree program in information technology or a related field.
- The ability to work as part of a team is a must.
- Must have a valid driver license as local travel might be required.
- High degree of end user customer service ability, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior working experience in the financial service sector is a plus.
- Capable of asking questions.
- Great communication skills are essential.
- Detail-oriented; capable of following instructions set forth by the bank's procedure and process.
- Working towards an associate or bachelor's degree in information technology.
- Certification in Windows Operating Systems a plus.
