We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our team for 6 months!
The IT Intern will provide support to the Information Technology team in maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with system administration activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate IT operations and support services.
QualificationsRequirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common IT support tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing first-level technical support to users.
- Support hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Help maintain IT assets and inventory records.
- Assist in monitoring network and system performance.
- Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.
- Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical records.
- Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
