About The Role
HiBob is looking for a tech-savvy IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our global IT team , based in our Tel Aviv office . In this role, you'll support both local employees and global users, providing hands-on and remote assistance with hardware, software, company events, and day-to-day IT needs. Your responsibilities will include configuration, troubleshooting, system monitoring, maintaining IT asset inventory, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of collaboration tools and video conferencing systems. You'll work with the latest technologies for device management, identity access, and automation , helping to maintain a secure, efficient, and high-performing IT environment. Job Requirements
- 2+ years of proven working experience in a helpdesk and IT supporting 100+ users
- Customer service oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent ability to install, administer, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software in both macOS and Windows environments.
- Experience with G Suite - advantage
- Experience with Okta - advantage
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - a must
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge in JAMF / Jumpcloud - advantage
- Experience with video conference systems - Zoom advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level support to all HiBob employees globally.
- Respond to IT support tickets and troubleshoot hardware and software problems with Apple and Microsoft products, both on-site and remotely.
- Proactively identify and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers to resolve outages and service disruptions.
- Support HiBob employees' onboarding and offboarding
- Work with A/V conferencing systems to support internal/external meetings or company events as needed.
- Support, install, and improve existing systems and services.
- Perform regular compliance audits of systems.
