XPENG’s US IT team is hiring an SV IT Engineer (Junior–Senior) with strong skills in IT Operations, DevOps, and automation. You will support our US office infrastructure, build internal tools, improve automation, and work closely with teams in both the US and China.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain Linux servers, IT systems, VPN/SSO/IAM, and office IT environment.
- Build automation scripts and internal tools (Python/Go/Bash/PowerShell).
- Support monitoring, logging, and infrastructure optimization.
- Provide IT operational support and improve reliability through DevOps practices.
- Help develop small internal apps/tools and integrate AI APIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong Linux SysAdmin skills (Ubuntu preferred).
- Scripting/programming experience (Python/Go/Bash/PowerShell).
- Basic DevOps experience (CI/CD, automation, monitoring, or logging).
- Familiarity with VPN, IAM, SSO, AD, ITAM, virtualization or containers.
- Problem-solving ability & good communication.
Preferred Requirements
- Internal tool development, Docker/K8s, automation platform experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
