IT Director (Socialedge, Inc. dba CreatorIQ; Culver City, California): Oversee the IT Department (DevOps Team, IT Service Desk, IT Security) in the organization. Manage employees within the IT Department, liaise with other departments to ascertain their highly specialized technological requirements, and develop and implement complex solutions that meet these requirements and are aligned with the organization's information systems objectives. Responsible for the organization’s IT infrastructure, security, and access to proprietary software tools that store company information and are used to perform specialized company work, including: on the business side - Salesforce, Accounting, Monday, Jira, ZenDesk, Google Suite, Zoom, Tableau, and Slack; on the computer application side – AWS (Amazon Web Services), Elastic.co, Site24x7, and Okta; and on the user side - laptop, specialized office networks, mobile, and other devices. Mentor and build career development plans for direct reporters. Develop strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, and communication systems). Create processes and standards/policies for the selection, implementation, and support of IT systems and security. Lead continuous improvements in all related processes. Define a roadmap for the IT department, taking into consideration stakeholder’s needs. Plan yearly and quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and track and report the progress. Responsible for the IT department capacity planning. Play product owner role for IT infrastructure projects. Responsible for the design and implementation of highly specialized IT systems and solutions. Responsible for technical review of solutions and processes related to IT systems and infrastructure. Responsible for monitoring the availability of corporate IT systems (NOC (Network Operations Center)). Consult stakeholders across the entire organization to identify and analyze business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management. Negotiate with suppliers of IT systems to choose solutions that meet the company’s business needs. Consult customers about our technical solutions and systems. Responsible for owned risk, controls, assets, and related processes. Responsible for owned risks assessment and remediation. Responsible for reports for owned risk, controls, assets, and related processes in external audits (ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and investors). Responsible for IT infrastructure in Business Continuity planning. Responsible for Disaster Recovery Planning, testing, and recovering. Responsible for reports for owned risk, controls, assets, and related processes in periodical Management Review. Responsible for monitoring IT staff company policies, procedures, and rules are followed.
