ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an IT Director who is strategic, operationally excellent, and a strong cross-functional leader to join our Technology and Infrastructure team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to lead and scale a global IT environment, ensure compliance, and drive technology initiatives across all regions.
Strong technical leadership, cloud infrastructure knowledge, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience in enterprise IT environments, SaaS integration, and IT governance. The ability to optimize performance, oversee global IT operations, and align technology with business strategy will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Oversee Xsolla IT environment, systems, SaaS, DaaS across all regions.
- Manage enterprise applications and licenses (e.g., IdP, SaaS, collaboration tools) and ensure seamless integration and internal support.
- Ensure robust data monitoring policies and internal disaster recovery procedures are in place.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, infrastructure and cybersecurity to ensure data privacy (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.) and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Lead vendor negotiations and IT procurement to optimize cost and service quality.
- Track, manage, and report on IT budgets, KPIs, and project timelines.
- Oversee global inventory management of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of end-user devices and hardware configurations that optimize performance and user experience.
- Implement a scalable asset management system to support onboarding/offboarding, remote device tracking, and compliance.
- Establishing and managing communication between IT, other teams, and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, cloud services (GWS, GCP, Okta, Atlassian), and IT best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as ACP-120, ITIL and PMP are a plus.
